Floor Plans
Floor plans provide an understanding of how a space will work. They quickly convey how the location flows, from showing room sizes, to which way doors swing. Directors and Cinematographers gain an appreciation of where windows are and how the light will effect their scene that may not be immediately apparent from just still photos or a video.
Every iGUIDE comes with floor plans in both online and printable formats (JPG, DXF, PDF, and SVG).
3D virtual tours are more immersive with floor plans
Other 3D tours can be difficult to navigate and it's easy to get lost in them. That's why iGUIDE 3D virtual tours combine highly detailed floor plans for intuitive navigation that lets you use both 2D and 3D reference points to maneuver through the space.
Select spots on the floor plan to teleport throughout the house in the 3D virtual tour to get a solid grounding in the layout of the house and a better understanding of how the rooms work together as a whole.
Sometimes you can't get back to a location to take those crucial measurements. This is where the Measurement Tool and Advanced Measurements functions become crucial. These features allow you to go directly into the floor plan or 3D virtual tour to measure the space without stepping foot onsite.
