Film Box Photo Shoot Packages
iGUIDE packages are based on a property's square footage. Have multiple floors or structures on a property? No problem. We package it all together in a single iGUIDE 3D virtual tour. Learn more about Package Add-ons, LUX HDR photos, and Detailed Floor Plans below.
* Square footage total is based on total measured space. This includes basements, unattached garages, and other buildings.
** Please note that depending on the type of your Floorplanner.com account, you may be charged by Floorplanner when you create a project: A level 1 project (free) will be created for Free and Plus accounts. A level 2 project (2 credits) will be created for all other accounts. If you do not have any credits, a level 1 project will be created.

HDR vs LUX HDR
Free is good, but it's nice to buy what you want. Every iGUIDE comes with free HDR photos taken directly from the iGUIDE at no extra charge to you. Looking for something a little extra? We have that too with our LUX HDR photos. Use the slider to explore the photos below.
All iGUIDE floor plans are color-coded, provide laser-accurate room dimensions, and bridge the gap between memory and a true 2D rendering of a built space. We have two different types of floor plans to meet your required level of detail:
Standard
Standard provides the information you need to get a thorough understanding of the floor plan layout.
Premium
Premium includes more details such as appliances and fixtures along with Advanced Measurements and Interactive VR functionality. This allows you to really get to know the space in a more intimate way.
